The Only Seed

If a man who knew not 'bout a seed,
Clutched his only, in desperate need,
And The God of want, commanded him
To cast it down on grassy trim;
He'd then, though, week with hunger,
Do so, sacrificing blunder.
Then turning his way to leave the scene,
A shadow would cast and halt his lean.
A tilt of his head, and a glance from he,
Would reveal unto him, an apple tree.
His humble offering was hard indeed,
But what once was one, became an infinite feed.
Same to, a Father and His only seed,
Conversed in the heavens, a worldly need.
The law of justice wouldn't swerve,
Unless One would come, and mercy serve.
So casting His pearl among the swine,
He gave His unitary seed divine.
And the oblivious would say: "He's buried. Gone,"
—Blinded from the forthcoming dawn.
But arising from the worldly dust,
This Father's Seed, grew a Tree robust.
His humble offering was hard indeed,
But Who once was One, became an Infinite Feed.
